DURA DECK Type 225 Fixing Systems
Concealed Fixings
Due to the excellent concealed fixing system, no screws or nails need to be used through the decking surface. The result is a decking without screw or nail heads working loose on the walking surface. Therefore dangers of injury when walking barefoot are eliminated. The concealed fixings also automatically space the correct gap between each board for that uniform appearance. The concealed Below surface fixing system allows for board removal for service access or damaged board replacement. Due to the unique tongue and groove joining system the floor below the decking is obscured from above. However, the system also provides a board and air gap of 4.5mm allowing for ventilation.
